A Felicitation Program was organized at Dr. K. N. Modi institute of Engineering and Technology, Modinagar on 27th of March to honor the remarkable achievements of both our teachers and students.

On March 7, 2025, at 12:15 PM, Dr. KNMIET organized a pledge programme promoting ”Dahej Mukt Bharat” (Dowry-Free India) and ”Nasha Mukt Bharat” (Drug-Free India) as instructed by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.

Dr. K.N. Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology hosted its widely anticipated Annual Alumni Meet on the 29 th of December. It was meant to bring together alumni of 1996-2000 batch who have been actively engaged in different professions so as to reminisce the past and share milestones of their respective lives moving forward. Alumni from across the globe, now professionals in diverse fields such as engineering, technology, business, and entrepreneurship, came together to reconnect,reminisce, and network.

On December 14, 2024, an Alumni Meet was organized at Dr. K. N. Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology. More than 50 alumni of the B.Tech batch 1999-2003 attended the event. This event brought together graduates from batch 1999-2003 to reconnect, celebrate their achievements, and foster long-lasting relationships with their alma mater. The event served as an important platform for alumni to relive their college memories, share their professional journeys, and inspire current students with their experiences. It was a well-organized event with a mix of various activities that could cater to the interests of the alumni and the current student body.

One Full Day Industrial Visit of B. Tech. (CSE) Final Year students to Cognizant Technologies, Noida was organized through ICT Academy on December 05, 2024, where the students have been made to visit the company facilities, met Technical and HR personnel there, attended orientation program for the future professional life and finally, their Mock Interviews were also conducted by the company HR.

On 9 th of November, our college witnessed an exhilarating and spirited friendly cricket match that brought together students, staff, and sports enthusiasts in the true spirit of camaraderie. The match, which was held on our college grounds, offered a perfect blend of competition and fun, making it an event to remember for all involved. The friendly cricket match on the 9th of November reinforced the importance of teamwork, unity, and healthy competition. It gave everyone a chance to take a break from their academic routines and engage in a fun, lively activity that strengthened the bonds between students and faculty alike.

Dr.Knmiet CSE department organized an engaging industrial visit to the India Mobile Congress at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on October 17, 2024. CSE/IT students explored ground breaking technologies shaping the telecommunications sector, interacting with industry leaders from companies like Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, and Qualcomm. This experience offered hands-on insights and discussions, showcasing innovations that promise to transform telecommunications and enhance everyday life, inspiring students for future projects.

On 7 th of Sep. the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated with full enthusiasm at B.B.A. department. The rituals began with the traditional Ganesh Chaturthi puja, which was performed by faculty members. The ceremony included the chanting of hymns, the offering of laddoos, and the lighting of diyas. Students and staff gathered around, participating in the prayers and seeking blessings for wisdom and success in their endeavors. The Ganesh Chaturthi celebration at Dr. K.N. Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology was a vibrant and meaningful event that brought together the college community in a joyous expression of faith and culture

Orientation program for first year students was started on 29 th of Aug. in a very grand manner at Dr.K.N.M.I.E.T. This year’s orientation, held from August 29 th to Sep.5 th , was a resounding success, setting the stage for our newest students to embark on their educational journey with enthusiasm and confidence.
